    Jim Dressler, 67, of Hot Springs Village passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014 while at home. Jim was born April 6, 1947 in Hutchinson, Kansas to George Dressler and Lucille Wiebe.
    Jim served in the US Army during the Vietnam War; he worked and retired for the BNSF Railroad, and he was a member of Mountainside Methodist Church. Jim “Papa Jim” was wonderful with his grandchildren and he will be greatly missed.

    Jim is survived by his wife of 30 years, Joy Dressler, 4 children: Jami Dressler and Kevin Cheffey, Jaccalyn Walker and husband Jerry, Angie Shipp and husband Richard, Paul Knowles, 3 siblings: George Dressler, Garry Wiebe and Lynette Wiebe, 9 grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Denver, Michaela, Aubrey, Kara, Cole, Hunter, Shelby and Addison. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Lynell.

    A Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. at CedarVale Funeral Home on Thursday, November 6th with the Funeral on Friday, Nov. 7th at 10:00 A.M. at Mountainside Methodist Church.

    Arrangements have been entrusted to CedarVale Funeral Home.
